Professional Fees: Business,, commercial, and general civil matters handled on an hourly rate basis. Mr. Arnold’s rates are $200 per hour. Personal injury, worker’s compensation, and some other cases are taken on a contingency (percentage of recovery) basis. Wills, corporations, and certain other matters are handled on a flat fee basis. Hourly Billing: Using detailed statements, the firm bills on the fifteenth of each month. The statements are due upon receipt. Retainer fees are required as appropriate. Incoming Referrals: The firm accepts referrals in their above areas of practice. Appropriate fee arrangements can be made. Outgoing Referrals: The firm enjoys close working relationships with excellent attorneys in every field and can direct a client appropriately.
